Results, November 23-29

This week saw WAVE finish their silly trios tournament, Hyuga visit Ice Ribbon, and JWP visit Osaka. During WAVE's weekday show, the team of GAMI and the Shirai sisters ended up winning the 6 man captain's fall tournament. The first semi saw GAMI, Mio, & Io beat KAORU, Cherry, and Bullfight Sora. KAORU pinned Io, then GAMI pinned Captain Cow. Then Shu Shibutani, Kana, & Ayumi Kurihara beat Toshie Uematsu, Ran Yu-Yu, and Ryo Mizunami courtesy of Kana's spinning backfist on Ryo. The finals saw Shu pin GAMI and Ayumi pin Mio, but they were unlucky to not find the captain, then Io pinned Shu to win the event.

Ice Ribbon had three shows over the past week; one in Osaka and two at their usual site. The highlight of the Osaka show was Kaori Yoneyama & Emi Sakura defending the Ice Ribbon tag belts, beating Kazumi Shimouma & Hamuko Hoshi. The two shows in Warabi City saw Emi lose on two straight nights to Azumi Hyuga. Not exactly a good build for her challenge of Kayoko Haruyama for the JWP title. Haruyama showed up to talk shit. Also, Emi decided that Ice Ribbon needed yet another belt and the "Triangle Ribbon Championship" was introduced. The gimmick is that it will always be defended in three-way matches. The 12 year old Riho became the first champion.

JWP's show in Osaka featured Yoneyama & Sakura defending their other tag belts (JWP & Daily Sports), as Kaori was able to pin Passion Hottei (Yumiko Hotta), who was teaming with Natsuki*Taiyo as part of the Passion Red vs JWP story. The main event saw a half-hour draw between Azumi Hyuga and Ran Yu-Yu.

Battle Royale: Hikaru Shida defeated Nanae Takahashi (12:42) by Over the Top Rope: Others, in order of elimination: Kaori Yoneyama, Makoto & Hikari Minami, Chii Tomiya, Minori Makiba, Fuuka, Haruna Akagi, Kazumi Shimouma & Hamuko Hoshi, Miyako Matsumoto, Tsukasa Fujimoto, Mai Ichii, Emi Sakura, Riho.
