Results, March 5-7

Ice Ribbon did shows on Friday and Saturday.  The usual light house show action.  The most notable result was Saturday's main event, with Nanae Takahashi, Tsukasa Fujimoto, and Kazumi Shimouma beating Makoto, Hikaru Shida, and Hamuko Hoshi when Shimouma pinned Hoshi.

JWP had a show on Sunday that went far towards sorting out the various title situations.  In the JWP OCC League to determine the #1 singles contender, Keito defeated Emi Sakura in a battle of cellar-dwellers (both cannot win their blocks), Nanae Takahashi's lariat brought her to 7 points and ruined Kaori Yoneyama's hopes, as she is left on 4 points with only 1 match to go.  Tsukasa Kuragaki and Passion Hottei had a double count-out, leaving Kuragaki on 6 points and Hottei with 3.  It seems that the JWP block will be won by either Kuragaki or Leon (who has 2 matches in hand) and the outsiders block by either Nanae or Ran Yu-Yu.  The semifinals of the tournament to fill the vacant tag titles saw Command Bolshoi & Megumi Yabushita (over Natsuki*Taiyo and Kazumi Shimouma) and the mismatched duo of KAZUKI & Toshie Uematsu (over Kayoko Haruyama & Misaki Ohata) advance.

There was a special show produced by "Jungle Jack 21", Aja Kong's faction in OZ Academy.  The main event was sort of a GAEA version of the JWP Thunderqueen gimmick.  It was Jungle Jack 21 (Aja, Ran Yu-Yu, AKINO, Hiroyo Matsumoto, Tomoka Nakagawa) vs Passion Red (Nanae Takahashi, Natsuki*Taiyo, Passion Ray, Passion Hottei, Kazumi Shimouma) in a 30 minute Thunderqueen, with 5 three minute singles matches and 15 minutes of tag action.  The falls came fast and furious, as Ran (on Ray) and Nanae (on Nakagawa) scored in the singles portion, then six falls were scored in the tag part.  We had Nanae over Nakagawa, Hiroyo  over Shimouma, AKINO over Shimouma, Natsuki with a Huricanrana on Aja (!!!), and then Hiroyo and Hottei traded falls in the closing minutes.  It ended 4-4, so extra time was needed, where Nakagawa pinned Natsuki to bring a 5-4 win to Jungle Jack.
